Return & Refund Policy
At vseebox2.com, we stand behind the quality of the hardware we sell as an Authorized Retailer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your VSeeBox purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Return Window (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your VSeeBox device must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (undamaged and in working condition).
- It must be in the original packaging.
- All original accessories (remote control, HDMI cable, power adapter, user manual) must be included in the box.
3. How to Initiate a Return (Important)
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer or to our corporate address without authorization.
To start a return, you must contact us first:
- Email us at ibarktech@hotmail.com with your Order Number and the Reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific US Return Warehouse Address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
When we pay for return shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item, or the device is defective upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
When the customer pays for return shipping: If the return is due to "buyer's remorse" (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong model by mistake, or no longer need the item), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our eligibility criteria. (0% Restocking Fee).
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our US facility, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)
If your VSeeBox arrives damaged or is technically defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ibarktech@hotmail.com with photo/video proof. We will arrange a free replacement for you as quickly as possible.
