1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or US public holidays.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We also offer shipping to select international destinations. Please contact us at ibarktech@hotmail.com for international availability.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.
- Standard Shipping (Contiguous US): 3-7 business days - FREE
- Expedited Shipping (Contiguous US): 2-3 business days - calculated at checkout
- Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: 5-10 business days - calculated at checkout
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days - calculated at checkout
All packages are shipped from our US Fulfillment Center in Brooklyn, New York.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. vseebox2.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged box and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
